Ellis R. Ross, Jr., aka “Bob” and (Mackwell)" only his parents called him that), was born in Los Angeles, California, on July 15, 1954, to the late Teresa and Ellis Ross. His father was one of the biggest reverends that Bob and Pat knew. His father joined hands for Ellis and Pat in 1996.

When Bob was in school, he was one of the biggest in Iron Cross. His dreams were to become a songwriter and singer.

Bob leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife, Pat; three daughters: Charlotte, Roslyn and Annette; three sons: Milon, Patrick and David; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was known as “Uncle Bob” to everyone in the neighborhood. Bob was one of the greatest who ever lived.
