Prepare Pictures to Send

When preparing your pictures to send to us, please name your pictures as such:

Uploading Pictures and/or WORD Docs or Other Artwork

You can upload all the pictures and Word Docs all at one time or place all info and/or pictures in a zip folder and upload the whole folder to us. (This is the best way.) Depending on the speed of your internet, it may take a little time to upload, but the UPLOAD DOES WORK…

The files that are Ready to Run “PRINT ONLY” THERE WILL BE NO FILE MANIPULATION OR CORRECTIONS WILL DONE WITH YOUR CANVA FILE, BUT WE WILL LOOK AT YOUR FILE AND LET YOU KNOW IF WE SEE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEFORE WE RUN IT. If “POSSIBLE” and you want us to fix it, there will be additional charge for computer revisions – minimum charge $97.00 per hour. Once you sign off With AN OKAY TO PRINT and did not find the error or errors till after replying OKAY TO PRINT and your loved one’s program has been PAID FOR and PRINTED; A REPRINT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. SO PLEASE READ AND CHECK ALL YOUR PAGES CAREFULLY.

Understand Software Programs & Our Acceptable Formats

Excel is not a word processing or print-design software program it is for numbers. Powerpoint is not a word processing or print design program it is for slide presentation.

Our acceptable file formats for text are: Microsoft Word extension (.doc) or Rich Text Format extension (.rtf) or Publisher files.

Our accepted file formats for pictures and artwork files are: Tagged Imaged Format extension (.tif) or Joint Photographic extension (.jpeg or .jpg)

Minimum resolution 300 dot per square inch (dpi) or 300 resolution (res)

Best done in Adobe Photoshop or any Picture editing program with these  extensions.
