Riplyn Joshua Thomas

Rip was born in Los Angeles, California to Ruben & Eliska Thomas on May 28, 1952. He was the third child in the family. His silbings are: oldest brother Ruben J. Thomas followed by Barry Thomas, Kandy Rose, and Kathryn Miller.

He attended St. Lawrence as well as Graham Elementary Schools. His Jr. High School was Charles Drew. Rip received High School Diploma from La Puente High School.

Rip met his love Diana Allen at age of 14 years old. They married on February 16, 1975. Rip was blessed with six children: Julia Thomas, Mario Thomas, Trevon Thomas, Terrance Thomas, Kimberly Thomas, Riplyn Thomas Jr. and Brandon Thomas. Followed by 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Rip was a fun loving person and never a dull moment. He was a provider for his family in many ways. Rip worked as a landscaper and could also fix anything with a motor and taught his kids to do the same. His heart was open to many. He knew how to bring a smile to your face and make you laugh.
